 According to the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, the commercial price of oxygen concentrators has dropped by 54 per cent following the federal government's cap. The National Pharmaceutical Pricing Commission announced on the 3rd that the trade price ceiling for oxygen concentrators should be 70 per cent of the price at the distributor level. Subsequently, 104 manufacturing companies and importers changed the maximum retail prices of 252 brands and products and submitted them to the Central Government. Of these, 70 products and brand prices have dropped by 54 percent. The maximum retail price of an oxygen concentrator has dropped to Rs 54,337. 58 brands have reduced prices by up to 25 percent. 11 brands have reduced prices by 26 percent to 50 percent. Of the 252 products, 18 domestic companies did not reduce prices.

 SBI, the country's largest public sector bank, has shared the information on its official Twitter account, TheOfficialSBI. Bank officials have informed the customers to link their Pan card with the Aadhaar number to avoid any hassle in the banking service and to continue to enjoy uninterrupted banking services. This announcement by SBI Bank states that it is mandatory to link the PAN number with the support.

  You can link your PAN with Aadhaar by following process: a) Open the Income Tax e-filing portal -  https://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/ b) Register on it (if not already done). Your PAN (Permanent Account Number) will be your user id. c) Log in by entering the User ID, password and date of birth. d) A pop up window will appear, prompting you to link your PAN with Aadhaar. If not, go to ‘Profile Settings’ on Menu bar and click on ‘Link Aadhaar’. e) Details such as name date of birth and gender will already be mentioned as per the PAN details. f) Verify the PAN details on screen with the ones mentioned on your Aadhaar.
